嘉德2014年经纪培训计划( JDL 2014 Training Plan)

As usual, JDL is always taking the lead. We already have the new training plan for 2014. Here are the seminars will be directly delivered to our office by the instructors send by TREB or RECO.

The seminars usually are 2 hours length, carry 2 CE credits and cost $5per attendee. You may not need the CE, but you definitely need more knowledgement!

From the beginning of 2014 to the middle of the year, every week or every two weeks!

所有的课程时长2个小时,价值2个CE的学分,每堂课收费$5加税。也许,你并不在乎这些CE学分,但是我们相信知识永远不嫌多,通过这些课程你的专业知识一定会有所提高。

从2014年头开始一直到2014年中,每周或者没两周会进行一次以下主题的培训课程。

A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF MLS® RULES

This course reviews MLS® Rules that are currently in place regarding Forms; MLS® Listings; Advertising; Showings and Appointments; Reporting of Transactions; Commissions re: Transactions. It is intended to give Salespeople a better understanding of the MLS® Rules

 

AN OVERVIEW OF STANDARD FORMS

This course will provide Salespeople with a better understanding of Forms used in the course of their business and will outline the importance of having the documentation on file to comply with RECO

 

AN OVERVIEW OF COMMERCIAL FORMS

No Form is mandatory however RECO Regulations mandates the requirement for written representation disclosure when dealing with Clients and Customers. Whether trading in residential or commercial, documentation is a must

 

BEST PRACTICES WHEN DEALING WITH CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS

This course is designed to help Salespeople to understand the difference between Clients and Customers; the requirements of an MLS® Listing Agreement; Good Use of Lock Boxes; Registration of Offers

 

HOW REBBA AFFECTS YOU EVERY DAY

This seminar is a practical approach to the REBBA 2002 Code of Ethics and how the Code affects REALTORS® in their day to day real estate profession. This two hour session will assist practitioners in understanding how to carry out their every day business with confidence. Topics discussed: Advertising Guidelines; Agreement with third Parties; Conveying of Offers; etc.

This is an informative two hours covering the use of CREA Trademarks; An Arbitration and Professional Standards Update; Bird Dog Fees; Clauses and Pitfalls in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale; Forms in Plain Language; The Buyer Registry Service

TOPICAL ISSUES OF THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY

This course material covers FINTRAC and the requirement of Salespeople obtaining the identification of their Buyers and Sellers; A Privacy update including the Do Not Call legislation; Questions and Answers commonly asked by Members and consumers

At the same time, we will still keep the good reputed 8 starting courses for freshman every Tuesday evening for whole year!
