在多伦多买房时要尽量避免买到问题社区，但是很多移民对多伦多的社区特点并不十分了解，很容易不小心买到问题社区，今天嘉德小编就跟大家聊聊31个多伦多问题社区分布，希望对大家有些帮助。
什么是问题社区？
多伦多政府通过以下标准统计出了31个多伦多问题社区：
三高：贫困率高、失业率高、犯罪率高。
三低：识字率低、教育程度低、新生婴儿平均体重低
造成三高三低特点的主要因素有：危险人群(at-risk population)，包括有色族裔（visible minorities）、新移民以及单亲家庭，毒品，入室犯罪案（break and enters），等。
多伦多政府为这些问题社区起了一个比较好听一点的名字“Neighborhood Improvement Areas”，建成NIAS。
早期多伦多市政府的统计了13个多伦多问题社区：
1：Jane-Finch 2:：Scarborough Village 3：Dorset Park 4：Crescent Town 5：Malvern 6：Steeles-L’Amoreaux 7：Eglinton East-Kennedy Park 8：Jamestown 9：Weston-Mt.Denis 10：Flemingdon Park-Victoria Village 11：Westminster-Branson 12：Lawrence Heights 13：Kingston-Galloway
2019年最新的问题社区统计报告中共统计了31个多伦多问题社区，分布如下：
1：Mount Olive-Silverstone-Jamestown 2：Thistletown-Beaumond Heights 3：Elms-Old Rexdale 4：Kingsview Village-The Westway 5：Humber Summit 6：Humbermede 7：Black Creek 8：Jane Glenfield Heights 9：Downsview Roding 10：York University Heights 11：Rustic 12：Victoria Village 13：Flemingdon Park 14：Thorncliffe Park 15：Crescent Town 16：Regent Park 17：South Parkdale 18：Weston Pelham Park 19：Keelesdale-Eglinton West 20：Rockcliffe-Smythe 21：Beechborough-Greenbrook 22：Weston 23：Mount Dennis 24：Oakridge 25：Kennedy Park 26：Birchmount Eglinton East (Ionview) 27：Mornelle Court (Morningside) 28：Kingston Galloway/Orton Park (West Hill) 29：Woburn 30：Eglinton East 31：Scarborough Village
